The Platinum service tier is perfect for clients who have already selected their venue and caterer but need expert guidance in choosing and coordinating the rest of their vendor team—such as a photographer, florist, DJ, transportation, rentals, and more.

This tier provides comprehensive support throughout the entire planning process, including up to eight in-person meetings with your coordinator. Queen Tut Events will keep everything organized and on track, managing your payment schedule with reminders, maintaining an appointment calendar, handling contracts and budgeting, scheduling vendor interviews, and ensuring seamless communication with all vendors. We also coordinate your rehearsal and provide full-service wedding day management to execute your vision flawlessly.

Please note: This service tier does not include venue or catering selection, or hotel room blocking.

Meetings are tailored to your needs, and clients have the option to combine sessions for added convenience and efficiency.

With this tier, Queen Tut Events will create custom inspiration boards to bring your vision to life, offering recommendations and guidance on every visual detail—including invitations, welcome signage, linens, event design, layout planning, and styling for cocktail, dining, and celebration spaces. You'll receive tailored suggestions for lighting, draping, tablescapes, floral design, and all the finishing touches that make your wedding uniquely yours.

At Queen Tut Events, we believe seamless execution requires thoughtful preparation—so we do not offer “day-of” coordination. Instead, our Month-Of Coordination service tier is designed for clients who have planned their wedding but need expert support in the final stretch.

By the time we step in, your venue is secured, catering is booked, menus are set, and vendors are hired. Our role is to step in during the last month to finalize details, manage logistics, and ensure your vision comes to life flawlessly on your wedding day—so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Inclusions at a glance

Initial on-site property meeting and walk-through to confirm venue layout along with designation of areas for events and/or vendors and review of details to address vision of the event day. The catering company along with a venue representative join for this meeting.
Review with rentals/catering company timeline outline and diagrams/layouts for table seating, & pertinent details.
Unlimited access via phone and email regarding event day details.
Acquiring all vendor's certificates of insurance on the client's behalf.
Building of the day’s timeline including all major events occurring in event day lineup.
All contracts between client & vendors reviewed and details confirmed with every hired vendor including Arrival, Delivery, Departure and Pickup times including addresses where necessary
Confirm that contracted hours for photographer & videographer cover all desired event details.
Confirming needs of each vendor to ensure they are able to perform their tasks on event day.
Confirmation of vendors being paid in full or notification to client regarding any outstanding balances.
2 Virtual Meetings with DJ/Band and Photo/Video along with clients to confirm final details and timelines.
Transferring gifts and cards from gift table to pre-determined vehicle or person.
Placement of favors, welcome table details and escort cards.
Final On-Site walk-through and wedding rehearsal management.
